DBE Directory
In an effort to encourage businesses that are owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged people to participate in aviation-related contracts, the Authority has provided a link below to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Directory. These businesses are certified with all Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) grant recipients in the State of Ohio, by virtue of the Ohio Unified Certification Program. Each business has met the eligibility standards under the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Section 49 Part 26. The directory is administered by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and is updated frequently as new companies become certified into the program.
